A few years ago we were approached by Grainger Trust to design an invitation to a private party at the Baltic, Gateshead to coincide with the opening of the British Art Show.
We created 96 individually designed tiles, each one depicting a uniquely iconic british item / theme or person. The tiles were carefully packaged and sent out to recipients under the slogan 'join us for a night on the tiles'. A duplicate set of tiles was also produced and installed at the Baltic as Grainger's own contribution to British art.
