Through your website you can collect a great deal of information about current and potential customer. If a visitor signs up to a mailing list you can specify what details you want to collect from them, which details are compulsory and whether they are happy to be contact by email, post and phone then use this detail to market to them more effectively.

Features we have developed to add to our Content Management System include the ability to view each customer's details, email them indivudally or email the mailing list as a whole. The email will be sent out in HTML format which means that it can be designed in the same style as the site.

Further functionality can be added to track the email and find out exactly which subscribers have read the email as well as other detailled statistics.
